Duo 1.2 beta

Apple silicon, macOS 14 or newer

  • The picture snaps back into the display about three times faster, and a new movement can catch it while it is still snapping.
  • Plays everywhere: over full-screen apps, on every Space, over the menu bar and the Dock, and at the lock screen.
  • A new app window with a live illustration, clear status and the settings in tidy groups.
  • Updates are checked against their checksum and signature before they are installed.

Isle Beta 1

Apple silicon, macOS 14 or newer

  • Three editions: Isle, Isle+ with Iface, and Iface on its own.
  • Macs without a notch (MacBook Neo, older MacBooks, external displays) get a small notch drawn by Isle.
  • Smoother island: opening, closing and switching no longer lag or cut off.
  • Timers, a stopwatch and alarms, and timers from Apple's Clock app on the island.
  • A fresh look: one colour per activity, calmer cards, rounded numbers.

Made for Apple silicon

Both apps need a Mac with an Apple chip and macOS 14 Sonoma or newer.

The first open, once

The apps are not notarized by Apple yet. If macOS stops the first launch, press Done, then Open Anyway in System Settings under Privacy and Security.

Updates from inside the app

Click Check for updates inside the app. It downloads the new version, checks it and installs it for you, so you only download from here once.
